Our Cooking Process:

Cooking at Holiday Grill is a breeze, as all our ingredients are prepped and ready for you to work your culinary magic. As part of the application process, you will have the opportunity to showcase your cooking skills during an interview with our Chef. Your pay will be determined by your experience, attitude, work ethic, and skill, and there's potential for a raise after just three months if you meet our criteria. Plus, you'll be eligible for a $600 bonus if you stay with the company for six months or more and fulfill the necessary requirements.

Responsibilities:

As a line cook at Holiday Grill, your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking menu items according to our established recipes and standards
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Collaborating with the restaurant owner to identify areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• At least 1 year of restaurant cooking experience
• Ability to cook a family restaurant coney island menu and breakfasts (eggs)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Trustworthy, honest, and a strong work ethic
• Ability to follow and enforce company policies
