Post-Workout Eats Next Door to VASA Fitness in Dearborn

Just finished a workout at VASA Fitness on Michigan Avenue? Holiday Grill Coney Island is right next door at 22926 Michigan Ave, and we have been feeding Dearborn since 1995. Whether you want a protein-packed breakfast before work or a big plate after leg day, here is how to refuel without driving across town.

High-protein picks from our menu

• Broiled Chicken Breast: two marinated chicken breasts.
• Chicken Kabob: marinated, grilled chunks of chicken. You can double the meat.
• Broiled Salmon or Broiled Garlic & Herb Cod: lighter fish dinners.
• Famous Holiday Grill Salad Special: a huge portion of crispy greens with marinated grilled chicken, feta, Kalamata olives, beets, egg and pita. Enough for two, or one very hungry lifter.
• Greek Salad with chicken: fresh greens, feta, olives and our famous homemade Greek dressing.
• Chicken Gyro: our famous marinated, grilled chicken breast.
• Turkey Burger: a leaner take on a diner classic.

Breakfast for early workouts

Breakfast is served all day. Swap in egg whites or Egg Beaters on your eggs, choose grilled chicken or turkey sausage as your breakfast meat, or keep it simple with oatmeal with milk and raisins.

Homemade soups on cold Michigan days

Our homemade soups change daily, and a cup of soup is an easy, warm add-on to any meal. Call (313) 724-9979 to hear today's soups, or check our Daily Soups page.

Big portions, fair prices

Our guests say it best: "The prices are great, the portions are huge, and the staff are friendly." (Anthea M., Google review). That has been our recipe for 31 years.

Order ahead and grab it on your way out
