HOLIDAY GRILL INC ("Holiday Grill," "we," "us") owns and operates Holiday Grill Coney Island at 22926 Michigan Ave, Dearborn, MI 48124, and the website holidaygrill.net. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you chat with us or join our VIP list through the chat window on our website, contact us, place an order, or apply for a job, you may give us your name, mobile phone number, email address, and anything you choose to write to us.
Your messaging choices. Which text message consent boxes you checked, and when.
Order information. Online orders are handled by our online ordering partner (Otter) and its payment processors. We do not see or store your full payment card number.
Website usage information. Our website platform and hosting providers automatically collect basic technical information, such as your device and browser type, IP address, the pages you visit, and cookies needed to run the site.

2. How we use it

To answer your questions and messages.
To fill and update your orders.
To send the text messages and emails you have agreed to receive.
To run, protect and improve our restaurant and website.
To follow the law.

3. Text messages (SMS)

We text you only if you check a consent box in our chat window. There are two separate, optional boxes: one for informational messages and one for promotional messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

4. How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:

With service providers that run parts of our business for us and may use it only to provide those services to us: our website platform and hosting, our customer messaging and contact platform (LeadConnector / HighLevel), our online ordering partner, and payment processors.
When the law requires it, or to protect our guests, staff or business.
With a buyer of our restaurant, who must honor this policy.

All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Your choices

Texts: reply STOP to any message. Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any email. You can also tell us in person, by phone or by email.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email help@holidaygrill.net or call (313) 724-9979. We may confirm your identity first. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we keep a minimal record so we don't contact you again.

6. Cookies

Our website uses cookies that are needed for it to work, and our website platform may use cookies for basic, aggregate site statistics. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the site may not work.

7. Children

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Our text messages are for people 18 and older.

8. Security and how long we keep information

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfect. We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, and to meet legal and accounting requirements. We keep records of text message consent and opt-outs for at least 5 years.

We may update this policy. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
