Text Message Terms

These terms cover text messages sent by HOLIDAY GRILL INC (Holiday Grill Coney Island), 22926 Michigan Ave, Dearborn, MI 48124, (313) 724-9979.

How you sign up

Open the chat window on holidaygrill.net (for example, by tapping "Join Now"). Enter your name and mobile number, check one or both consent boxes, and submit. Both boxes start unchecked, and each is optional:

Informational messages: replies to your questions, and updates about your orders, catering, reservations or VIP list membership.
Promotional messages: specials, offers, events and VIP list news.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

How often

Message frequency varies. We send no more than 4 promotional messages per week.
We send promotional messages only between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. Eastern Time.
Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and then no more texts unless you sign up again.
You can also tell us in any other reasonable way, such as in person, by phone or by email. We will honor it promptly, and always within 10 business days.
To start again, reply START or sign up again on holidaygrill.net.

Other terms

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You must be 18 or older, and the account holder for the mobile number you give us or have the account holder's permission.
If you change or give up your mobile number, reply STOP first or tell us, so the next owner of that number isn't texted.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
